GreyBeard Training Services was founded with one clear goal:
To raise the bar in technical training and consulting — with real-world experience.

GreyBeard Training Services is led by me: Chris Pawelko — a wireless specialist, IT instructor, and retired Canadian Armed Forces veteran with decades of experience in telecommunications and IT. From two-way radios to enterprise Wi-Fi, structured cabling to network analysis, I’ve worked across sectors like education, government, military, oil & gas, and mining in roles such as network support, design, troubleshooting, sales, marketing and training.

I enjoy it so much, I’m also a licensed amateur radio operator (VE6TNO). If it sends a signal, I’m probably interested.

Over the years, I’ve delivered thousands of hours of instruction in the classroom, online, and hands-on labs, covering:
